Don't manually fiddle with the database. Create an entry for the new
channel in mythtv-setup. The XMLTV ID can be retrieved from Schedules
Direct (tooltip over the channel), or Zap2It (look at the URL). Look
at existing channels for help on how to fill in the blanks. Make sure
the channel is enabled on your SchedulesDirect lineup, of course.
This way, the next time mythfilldatabase runs normally, the guide data
for the new channel will be populated. (Or, just run 'mythfilldatabase
--remove-new-channels' if you can't wait.)
