You can specify the maximum age of LiveTV recordings in mythfrontend.
However, if you always keep your disk full, MythTV's autoexpirer will
be more likely to quickly delete LiveTV files. If you have a dedicated
drive for recordings, also check to see whether you are instructing
MythTV to always reserve an amount of space on the drive, as this will
also affect the speed that auto expiration works.
