Choose the 'Delete All Capture Cards' option from the Capture Cards
page in mythtv-setup - this will delete all known tuners from the
database (by truncating the table, so even tuners attached to old
hostnames will be removed). Re-add your current tuners (most preferred
card first), re-attach them to your configured video sources on the
Input Connections page, and you should be back up and rnunning.

You'll need to remove entries from the settings table that have
associated hostnames that no longer exist on your mythtv network. I do
not think there is currently an automated or GUI-driver way to perform
this operation - a tool like phpMyAdmin may well be the easiest way.
