This is virtually identical, hardware-wise to my configuration.  Hope
you don't mind if I ask a few questions:

What distro are you using?  Also, is it 64-bit or 32-bit?

Did you compile your MythTV from source?

I'm assuming you're not using XvMC?  Or possibly you are?  Which
version of the nVidia driver are you using?
