Tried it with a real Vista box at the office. I saw the same things
from the Windows side. Then I connected it to my Ubuntu desktop after
building the driver there. This is what I got:

Same thing, but with a slightly different status code. Note - all I did
from the Windows side was download the 1053 firmware from Hauppauge's
site and install it in the Windows box (with the unit connected, of
course). I was under the impression that that was all there was to do,
correct?
