No way, this can be done. ethernet only uses 4 of the 8 cables
(assuming not POE).  by two of these:
http://www.cablestogo.com/product.asp?cat_id=2215&sku=37133

and maybe some couplers then you can run two lines on one cat5 cable.
I use at my place and it works great.
