If you go the CLI / script route, simply prefix your commands with the 
MAC of the client you wish to control.  All the CLI documentation is in 
the SqueezeCenter application through the above mentioned web browsable 
port.  But, this one major point which might be of interest to you may 
not be obvious.  BTW, typing "listen 1" while telnet'ed to the CLI port 
will allow you to eavesdrop on *most* of the transactions between the 
server and all other clients.
