[mythtv-users] Noobish network cable connection question, basement > upstairs

Personally I'm just using the onboard LAN card. (p43twins1600 mainboard)
I get a transferrate of 109mb/s from my mediecenter over gigabit LAN.
That's way more then I'll ever need :P
