See the post I just sent to the "Mapping unknown scanned channels to 
Schedule Direct channels for Verizon FiOS" thread.  Note that channels 
with different separators (i.e. 2-1 and 2.1 and 2#1) are considered to 
have the exact same channel number.

Jon's right, though, that you need 2 video sources, but you'll likely 
find the information in my above-referenced post useful in setting them 
up properly.
