More information on the original problem: So I just ran nuvexport directly
(didn't know there was an actual text interface on this...) and tried to
export a show with it. For some reason, the show name on the filesystem is
1111_20081018110000.mpg, in the database this maps to a row in the recorded
table that shows:

ChanID: 1111
starttime: 2008-10-18 11:00:00
endtime: 2008-10-18 11:30:00

So this all works.

HOWEVER when I trill through Nuvexport's interface it shows me the exact
same show at 10:00 am, an hour before it started...this is why I kept
getting "Can't find the file" after upgrade...according to nuv, the file
DOESN'T exist.

So, here's the question, what is nuv looking up that's getting this as a
10:00 show? The recorded table shows it at 11, the filesystem file is
properly played through the mythtv interface when I select the show through
the frontend. How is Nuvexport getting this show at 10:00 instead of
11:00? Is there a different table I'm missing?

Stranger and stranger, this problem continues till 11/08/2008 when it
automagically seems to have corrected itself and now shows all recordings as
starting at 11:00 for this show (which is the right time).

Do we have a DST Problem somewhere? 11/08 would be RIGHT around the time we
went back to CST from DST...
