Sounds like you have some kind of local problem. Aerial pointing in the correct
direction? Perhaps the recent high winds moved it. Good quality cable? How long
has it been up there? Is it possible that rainwater is getting in? Poor
connection to your tuner? New building developments in your path?
I can get Crystal Palace transmissions some 60 miles away quite clearly, even
though my aerial points south of southeast - I'm in Newbury. Qualifier - I do
now run an aerial pre-amp, but I could easily get Crystal Palace before I had my
installation rebuilt.
