I had this one myself when an mp3 export script I was using deleted the
original file.

You can either delete the records from the "recorded" table directly or
create a file for the mythui to delete (find the filename using Mythweb) or
even better...

Create a user job that creates the file (using touch <filename>) run this
from the mythui then delete the program using the front end....

A script like this would work for the user job:

#!/bin/sh
touch $1

You call this as a userjob (see the wiki) with    touch_filename.sh
%FILENAME%

The frontend fails to delete a program if it can't find the file to delete.
A bug? Probably not, just an irritation.
