Lot's of progress made using the last few weeks on the new bootloader.

The smaller AppleTV original hd is 2.5 40GB ATA (not SATA). I'm 
running dev work on a 100GB and am only using 14GB. A 10GB should be 
plenty for a  mythfrontend.
