Just to be specific you:

1.  Go to Capture cards
2.  Add a new card
3.  Set the type to DVB
4.  It should show some non-error text in the text boxes indicating that it
detected your card drivers

If this does not work, your drivers are not installed and you need to first
get them working (a non-myth issue).  It would be like trying to run any
Windows capture software without installing the drivers for your card first.
