That one I have encountered, and it's fairly simple. I would guess (haven't 
checked the code) that the master backend only reads the configuration stuff out 
of the database at startup. So, all you have to do after running mythtv-setup on 
the slave, is restart the master backend - and make sure to do that before you 
start the slave backend, since the slave will want to talk to a master that 
knows about the slave.
