[mythtv-users] Unable to Lock onto specific channel that works in other players

MythTV Version = 0.20.2

 Recently I lost my CBS (KOIN-HD below) channel in MythTV. For whatever reason it could no longer gain a lock on the frequency. However that frequency does work fine if viewed through Mplayer so I know my card works. I've rebooted, shutdown for a hour, reseated the card, moved it to a different PCI slot and tried reloading the saa7134 modules. I've tried upgrading to SVN 2-18 which then began detecting my card as a Air2PC instead. I removed all of MythTV, killed the DB and started from scratch on both 0.20.2 and SVN 2-18. It still will not tune into that channel. Here is what the debug output shows when it tries to scan it via importing my working channels.conf (snipped to only show this channels info):

 This previously worked for well over a year and I have no idea why it no longer works in MythTV. Any help is appreciated.
