[mythtv-users] Mytharchive to DVD, cutlist defined, selected, log says using it.... but cut items still there

Hi,
Using Fedora 8 and the latest RPM release as the frontend, and Fedora 7 as 
the backend. The frontend is a root over NFS system, if that makes a 
difference.
Had an issue with Python on the machine, with the recorded path settings, 
this was fixed with the insertion of the following into SQL
insert into settings (value, data, HOSTNAME) VALUES 
('RecordFilePrefix','/media/mythtv','mythfe2');
Now DVDs are archived and burn, with one small issue. The cutlist is 
ignored. Any ideas? When the recording is watched, there are definitely cut 
lists defined from the commercial skips (pressing e shows several red cut 
blocks).
An excerpt from the mythburn.log is below, not sure whether this is the cut 
part, or the transcode afterwards.
