[mythtv-users] Too late for new patches to 0.21?

Now that svn has been branched for 0.21-fixes, is it too late too late 
to submit small feature patches in the hopes that they'll be included in 
the 0.21 release?

I just downloaded the source in the hopes of scratching a few itches, 
and I was wondering if it was worth rushing to get stuff in under the 
wire for 0.21.
