[mythtv-users] Mythtv causes my PC speaker to beep during Commercial Flagging

I had the same exact problem.
It turned out to be an over temperature alarm.
I figured this out because it happened to start beeping when I was
running MAME, and the game got slow. I looked at the CPU temperatures
and they were up at the limit where the clock speed gets automatically
Installing more fans (lots more fans) made the beeping go away.
