[mythtv-users] Feature request: "locked" flag for recorded programs

I'd like to see the addition of a locked flag for a recorded program, 
which would make it harder to accidentally delete a program you want to 
keep around.

The flag would be set in the Recording Options menu for an existing 
program, and in also in the rule setup for new recordings -- basically 
the same places you can currently configure Autoexpire.

When the flag is set, the ui should not show the usual "delete this 
program?" dialog at the end of watching, and when the user deletes it 
using the regular delete a program ui, it should offer an additional 
prompt noting that the program is locked.
