[mythtv-users] Command line to stream audio/video from net

I've looked at the MythStream plug, but it's vastly overkill for what I
want.  I want to setup 4 stream options (2 audio, 2 audio+video) from the
net, into a myth menu.
 
The menu part is easy since I know how to launch a command from a menu item.
BUT....does anyone know how to start a stream from the command line?
