[mythtv-users] Playback window has offset when it shouldn't

I've got a problem with my video playback of LiveTV and
PreviouslyRecorded content. I want to switch from "Use GUI size for
playback" to having the video go fullscreen but I'm having a problem in
that the playback window's top left is still using the GUI top left.
Screenshot:

The dark blue desktop is visible on the left and top. I've disabled the
gui size for playback option, and have overscan/underscan/offset x/y set
to 0 in TV Playback options. -v playback shows:
2008-01-11 10:15:03.054 Display Rect left: 0, top: 0, width: 720,
height: 480, aspect: 1.77778
2008-01-11 10:15:03.054 Video Rect left: 0, top: 0, width: 720,
height: 480, aspect: 1.77778
2008-01-11 10:15:03.054 Over/underscan. V: 0, H: 0
2008-01-11 10:15:03.054 Snapping height to avoid scaling: height: 480,
top: 0
2008-01-11 10:15:03.054 Snapping width to avoid scaling: width: 720, left: 0
2008-01-11 10:15:03.054 Display Rect left: 0, top: 0, width: 720,
height: 480, aspect: 1.77778
2008-01-11 10:15:03.055 Video Rect left: 0, top: 0, width: 720,
height: 480, aspect: 1.77778

So it apparently wants to be full 720x480 @ 0,0 (and in fact the video
is cut off at the bottom/right so it is 720x480) but it is still
anchored at the GUI's X Yoffset. Any reason this is happening that I'm
missing?
