[mythtv-users] UDEV rules for tuner numbering consistency

I also went through this excersize, except with just the video4linux
drivers.  I actually found that using the options in the drivers to be
more reliable.  For instance, I have a Kworld ATSC 110 and a Pinnacle
PCTV.  I set the vidoe_nr and vbi_nr in /etc/modprobe.d/options.

This has worked for me through a number of reboots.  I would imagine
the same sort of thing should work with the dvb drivers.
