[mythtv-users] TV Out quality (S-Video) on Epia M1000

I used to run MythTV on an M10000, and I had no problems with the  
S-Video quality beyond the limits imposed by the S-Video standard.

I realize that your description doesn't lend itself to a misconfigured  
PAL/NTSC setting, but just for good measure, have you checked the  
motherboard BIOS settings and configured the PAL/NTSC output correctly?
