[mythtv-users] Are there any Capture Card / Digi Box combinations where the card can control the Digibox?

So now I have a question about the Budget CI and the TechniCrypt CX Conax...

Basically the package listed here:

So the Conax just slides into the CI, but how do those two connect to the
video card?  How does the signal get descrambled?

I mean, this card looks like it slides into the PCI slot just to have a
place to put it...
