The Backend stores the IP address in the MySQL tables.  If you change the
IP address then none of the info in the tables matches anymore.  So as far
as the box is concerned, none of that info exists.

There is a process to go back and manually change all the info in the
MySql tables so that it will match the current configuration.  Here are
the instructions on changing the host name:
