Almost anything is possible.

This would require a little work.  The database doesn't have any fields
for cast info.  You'd need to modify the database and add the fields.

Then you'd need to change the menu scripts.  This looks fairly easy, they
are written in XML.  But I'm not sure if modifying the menus might cause
other problems.  I don't know enough about myth yet to say.

Finally you'd have to modify the scripts that create the mythweb pages. 
These are written in PHP.  I haven't played with PHP yet, I normally use
perl, but it looks pretty simple.

So, as long as you know SQL, XML and PHP, it shouldn't be that difficult
to do what you want.
