I have a friend who recently upgraded from Ubuntu 7.10 to 8.04 and has
found that he can no longer tune his Nova-S cards.  Output of  scan -a3
/usr/share/doc/dvb-utils/examples/scan/dvb-s/Astra-19.2E is:

I noticed from your messages to the list that you're using Ubuntu 8.04
and initially couldn't tune your cards (though I think you have Nova-S+
rather than Nova-S.)  Did you have to change anything on the system
before you could tune the cards?

My friend has a settop box that works so he's confident that the dish is
pointed in the right direction and the cables are OK.  In fact, the
cards used to work under Ubuntu 7.10.
