While I cannot offer an exact solution, I would recommend trying
Powerstrip from Entech :

While this is rather inconvenient (having to boot into windows
somehow) this program has the ability to output X.org modelines that
may work with your DVI and/or S-Video connection. I have not used it
myself but Jarod Wilson recommended it in his Guide (will he write an
updated one I wonder) and it has also been mentioned on this list
before.
