We aren't *discussing* fair use, Dewey.
We are discussing *programs which are released for distribution by
their copyright owners*. Please don't conflate the two.

The more content is validly available via p2p, and under CC licensing,
the less I understand, or agree with it... and I don't think this
metaconveration is at all uncalled for, as you seem to.
