[mythtv-users] VGA to S-Video suggestion

The output from my PC to TV converter is 'warbly' and now irritating and I've verified it isn't the frontend output, nor the TV, nor the cable.

I picked up a used H20 for steal and noticed when testing it I can display 480p through the S-Video cable, or at least that is what the resolution on the receiver indicates it is displaying in, and the HD channels definitely look better than their SD counterparts.

Anyone have any good recommendations on a VGA to S-Video converter?  Happen to know if it can output 480p?
