[mythtv-users] ISO playback still broken in 0.21-fixes?

I used to be able to play back .iso files on my frontend under 0.20.2.
 When I upgraded to 0.21, ISO playback broke.  Apparently, from what I
have read, it was supposed to be fixed in 0.21-fixes ( revision 16483
and on).

I was finally able to get 0.21-fixes to compile (after what can only
be described as trial and error monkeying with a broken
http://svn.mythtv.org/trac/browser/branches/release-0-21-fixes/mythtv/configure),
but ISO playback still fails.  Here's what I get trying to play an ISO
file in /var/lib/mythtv/videos:

Not sure why it's mucking around with /dev/dvd...
