I've owned various MSI boards in the past, including currently using a
MSI K8N Neo2 Platinum for my dedicated backend and find them to be
high quality. My K8N has been "in service" for over 3yrs now with no
problems. It used to be my main desktop, then turned into my first
Myth back/frontend box about 3 yrs ago and then became my dedicated
backend about 2yrs ago. It's been running 24/7 and has had 2 CPU
upgrades.

That board looks really nice, 6 SATA(or possibly 8 if the JMicron 363
can be used as non-RAID) which is great for a nice big RAID array for
recordings.
