I agree with most, but you left out a few:

users is a crime?

Not true. They also make sequels and remakes of garbage.

Not true, they just make it expensive, difficult and illegal.

Interestingly it seems that cable TV subscriptions go up when "things  
are tight". The theory is that people tend to stay home more so cable  
is more important to them.
