Aha, I hadn't thought about that. I was thinking of movies and TV
shows, but not news programs and other shows that repeat but don't
have episode names. Not sure how best to deal with that, because I
think overall, I don't want to have all recordings stuck with that
naming scheme, but I can see the importance of being able to name it
like that. Maybe a "filename format" option, or at least a few choices
on which to use would be good.

I just threw in commercial cutting, too, which was much easier than I
thought it would be. I'll post that once I get it finished.
