[mythtv-users] Internal DVD sound broken in 0.21

In the new ATrpms build I get sound during the DVD menu phase but no 
sound ater a title has been selected.  This is the opposite of the 
behaviour I reported for the previous two builds.  The DVD is a recent 
Mytharchive product with all sound as single-track stereo ac3.

The menu selection box is visible again, and works.  There is a brief 
scrambled-video display before the MythTV logo and at the start of 
content playback.
