[mythtv-users] Fedora / Gnome / Multimedia keyboards

I have Fedora ( running Gnome ) and have a multi-media keyboard.

I have tried different x-windows keyboard mapping programs and settings but
I can't find anything that works well. Some settings will let me run my
audio
( up/down/mute) ok, but  pause/play/ff/rew/stop all seem to elude me.

Is there a good setup for Fedora / Gnome to get these multimedia keyboards
out there working with mythtv well?
