Ooooh, based on that ticket I just switched to the isthmus OSD them
(note the lower case 'i') and the fonts render beautifully.  And I
quite like that OSD theme, I am not sure why I was on Gray-OSD???

Damian, I recommend you just switch OSD themse ;) Thanks Roo.
