That files doesnt exist in Fedora! There must be some other file but
my attemps on google search has not yeilded a result yet. Any Fedora
users know?
The guide says:

In your /etc/conf.d/net file, the following entry keeps the settings
already obtained and starts eth0, thus enabling other network services
:
config_eth0=( "noop" "dhcp" )

but that file doesn't exist too!
