Interesting...I'm using a customized version of MePo 0.42 (mostly made
a lot of tweeks to position/size of elements) and those boxes weren't
showing up. I made the changes I pointed out and both boxes appeared.
However, what I did notice is that if I changed the font in one of
those tags to a font that didn't exist, the box disappeared. So I
guess, make sure the font that is defined actually exists.

....ok, just downloaded the new version and took a quick look at a
diff of our 2 versions. There is one other difference I see in that
section. When I was experimenting trying to get it to work, I tried
several different things. One thing I noticed was that there was a tag
a few lines above, in the background container, that also had the name
"title" and a value of "Edit Video Information". I thought maybe there
was a conflict, so I renamed it titleX. I wouldn't think that would be
a conflict (they are in different contains, so I figure the code
should handle it fine), but thats the only difference I have, and it
works fine for me. I'm not in front of my machine now, so I can't test
it.

Other than that, my only other suggestion is to make sure myth is
using the theme from the location you think, and that it doesn't have
a copy of the old version it's using somewhere. Edit the "Edit Video
Information" line and throw a "hello" in there and see if you see it
on screen. If so, then I'm baffled. If not, you need to figure out
where on your system it's actually getting it's version of MePo from.
