You guys were right on the mark. I could have looked at the setup screen
100 times without noticing that. Thank you! I have it working now. Next
problem was no audio on the PVR-500, and I found one of my own old
threads to remind me that there is audio firmware in addition to the
regular firmware for these cards; installing the ivtv-firmware package
fixed that, so the new system is now working. For my next trick, try to
make firewire work (it was hopeless under FC5).
