[mythtv-users] Errors running make

Aloha

After downloading and uncompressing the tarball for .21, I ran ./configure with no error. I did receive the following errors during make:

I am currenlty running .18.1.

I am not sure what this means and how to fix it. This is a first attempt at an upgrade.
