I see you're using mythbuntu. I have a similar problem with mythbuntu
on a AMD64X2 machine (but with a Hauppauge WinTV-HVR1100 DVB-T/Hybrid)
in that the tuner isn't loaded properly after a cold boot. I have to
do a warm boot to have that card tuning analog channels properly.
Unfortunately, I don't know how it works with DVB-T - broadcasting
still has to start here in PT.
I haven't had the time to build the latest v4l to test if it will fix it.
