You have to handle the audio separately, but I think you said you have a 
PVR-150 which probably has audio input jacks which the ivtv driver will 
properly put together with the svideo so probably a non-issue. (Would be 
a configuration issue/possible nightmare if you wanted to grab digital 
audio out of the cable box and combine it with svideo.)
