I guess my case makes it complicated or maybe I am complicating things. My
box, OrigenAE X11, came with a USB IR receiver integrated into it, so in
order for me to transmit it was recommended that I get a blaster of some
sorts. So I got the USB-UIRT. Now the only time that I have been able to
get the receiver to work is when I use the IRtrans server that also came
with it. Somehow I can't seem to get the USB-UIRT and the USB IR
transceiver in the box to work together (transmit and receive respectively).
I understand that It is possible to have more than one LIRC device working
at the same time, but I haven't been able to accomplish such a magical feat
so far, I am able to get the transmitter side, USB-UIRT, to work however.
So, I am thinking, why not attempt to get the two working sides together?
Thus this request for help. Since I havent been able to get any traction on
the Mythbuntu forums, i figured I would open my query to a broader audience.
