As I was way saying. I use a Sempron 3000+ (1.8GHz) and it will play
back 1080i at 1366x768 (Native res. on my Vizio LCD) with only
occasional stuttering w/o XvMC. If I record another show while
watching another one live the fequency of the stuttering increases but
it's still watchable. I wouldn't want to use any less hardware and I
haven't had any luck getting XvMC to work so just gave up since I
don't have to use it.
