In a word: no.

The one advantage I see is that you might be able to use the  
"current" (as opposed to the "legacy") drivers a little longer.

Actually, the 5700 uses a chroma keyer while the 6xxx series went with  
a shader, so it would probably give you better OSD color, but I'm not  
sure about that.

Until we get to hardware h264 decoding any nVidia card "better" than a  
5200 will not help Myth performance.
