ikbenstil.nl has quite a range of processor coolers, some of them with fans 
as large as 120mm, which can turn at really low speeds which you probably 
won't hear. In my new PC I replaced all default fans with bigger/slower 
ones - noise levels dropped quite considerably (adn then you'll hear 
something else instead ;-) Don't forget the powersupply - choose one with a 
quiet fan as well.
