[mythtv-users] Temporarily disable input?

I had a similar issue. Usually I schedule my recordings through Mythweb.
There you can tell which input you want to use for the recording. From the
"Upcoming Recordings" page you can double check that there are no recordings
scheduled for the broken input.

Not sure if mythfrontend offers the same options (probably, but I don't use
that often for scheduling). It's not a perfect solution, but it worked for
me back when I was in a similar situation.
