Yep

I'm using Debian etch for both dom0 & domu. Kernel is
2.6.18-6-xen-amd64, xen is xen-hypervisor 3.0.3-0-4. Works fine. I'm
passing a Nova-T 500 card.

This is my kernel param for dom0:

module          /vmlinuz-2.6.18-6-xen-amd64
root=/dev/mapper/VGSystem-LVdom0 ro console=tty0
pciback.hide=(01:09.0)(01:09.1)(01:09.2)

And the domu cfg:

pci         = ['01:09.0','01:09.1','01:09.2']

It's been about 8 months since I've set this up (and has run fine
since :-)) but I seem to recall that there were issues with pci
passthrough and (some) xen versions later than 3.03. But as I said, I
may be wrong.

I would like to upgrade to Xen 3.3 to get the power management,
but I'm a little hesitant since everything works now. But this thread
seem to indicate that just building a new hypervisor would work with
my setup (don't know if I'll get the benefits though)
